1. If a client has gone bankrupt in the past. Can we still help them?
Yes as long as he is not currently filing for bankruptcy.

2. Can we fund a Workman's Compensation case?
No. However, many people with workman's comp claims also have a separate lawsuit if a 3rd party is involved.

3. What is the maximum amount we can fund?

4. What is the minimum amount we can fund?

5. Are attorneys allowed to advance money to their clients?

6. Do we fund cases where the client is representing himself as the attorney?

7. How long does it take to get an approval on a deal?
After we have all the paperwork between 24- 48 hours.

8. What is usually the biggest or most common reason for a delay in getting an approval?

9. What documents do you need in order to approve a deal?

10. What is the interest rate the client must pay?
The client is not receiving a loan. They are receiving a cash advance. There is no monthly payment and in the event the plaintiff's attorney does not win the case, the client pays nothing.

11. What does the client have to pay back after his case is settled?
